Life is full of uncertainties, of the unknown, of possibilities, and opportunities, and the only constant is change. Change is inevitable. Change is not easy and can sometimes be extremely hard. But the real question is, how do we face change? Do we face it head on, trusting that whatever comes out of it is exactly what we need? Or do we face it with fear, unwilling to believe there is something more out there? Do we get stuck in complacency and “good enough” or do we allow ourselves to grow and expand our limiting beliefs? .... I’ve realized that it we find gratitude, by uncovering the hidden meaning/lessons in all of our experiences, we can approach change and the unknown from a completely different perspective. A perspective centered around trust. When we trust the unfolding of life and truly believe we are exactly where we are supposed to be, life becomes an epic adventure. .... Trust allows us to surrender to the present moment and let go of the need to control. It allows us to embrace life with nothing but love. By leaning into change with trust, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and opportunities. Over the past 3 months, I have been able to have transformative experiences, meet incredible people, and make deeper connections than I thought was possible. It hasn’t always been easy, but because I find gratitude even in the hard moments, I’ve been able to embrace change with courage and allow life to unfold. .... We have the freedom to choose how we show up in the face of change- with fear or with courage. So I encourage you to practice trust, practice gratitude, and practice embracing change with certainty that whatever comes is exactly what you need right now❤️
