My Coaching Mission 

Finding the right word to describe my “coaching” practice has been difficult. For some reason, “life coach” doesn’t resonate with me because I don’t know about every aspect of life- I am still figuring it out myself. But what I do know from my personal experience and studies, is how to work with our thoughts to shift our mindset to change how we experience life. Our thoughts create our reality- a saying I am sure you’ve heard before- and it’s true. Our thoughts have so much power and control over us because they are at the root of how we experience life. The thoughts we choose to attach to illicit certain emotions which dictate our behavior and therefore create our experience. When we begin to truly understand the power of our thoughts, we are able to work with our the mind to positively transform the way we experience life. As a “mindset” coach, my mission is to guide clients to:

Uncover thought patterns that are & are not serving you (fear-based stories, limiting beliefs, self love)  and rewire thought patterns to positively influence behavior

Identify emotional triggers

 

Identify emotional triggers and reactive mechanisms used to cope

Find Deeper Meaning

 

Find deeper meaning in life experiences by understanding the “lessons”

Connect to true essence

Connect to true essence by illuminating positive attributes and cultivate an authentic gratitude practice.
